JS Truck & Plant Sales is looking for a proactive Girl Friday / Office All-Rounder to support our daily operations and play a key role in our growing business.
What You’ll Do
- Basic back-office administration
- Filing, document control & general office support
- Handling customer calls, walk-ins & enquiries professionally
- Coordinating follow-ups and managing customer communication
- Managing and engaging with social media interactions
- Updating and maintaining CRM systems, customer & supplier databases
- Assisting with projects, business development & operational tasks
- Supporting office personnel and improving daily workflows
- Using MS Office & common business software efficiently
- Bringing ideas, being proactive & contributing to growth
Minimum Requirements
- Dynamic, friendly, a go-getter
- Able to use your own initiative and think ahead
- Proactive, not just task-oriented
- Curious, willing to learn, hands-on & reliable
- Comfortable with responsibility and customer-facing interactions
- Fluent in English (any extra languages are a BIG advantage)
- Someone with their own transport to/from Bapsfontein
- Available to start immediately

- Experience with accounting or invoicing software
- Helpdesk or ticketing systems
- Supplier management & stock/admin processes
- Social media marketing basics
- Basic understanding of logistics, trucking or plant equipment (nice to have)
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong written communication skills
